This may have been one of the best flower ordering experiences ever! I placed a same day order - I live out of town - based on the wonderful reviews. Not only was the order process simple but Alison personally called me to let me know that the recipient had received something very similar to my order. She offered to change it to a very different arrangement and still have it delivered the same day (by now it was a Saturday afternoon). The arrangement was stunning and my friend LOVED it! Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers. I would give her 10 stars!!!
